Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

Clone Cut AI is an online video creation service operated under the GAAI name. GAAI is also the billing name used for this service. Contact the operator at [email protected]. These terms apply to clonecutai.net, the studio and related account services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

You must be 18 or older and have authority to act for any business whose materials you submit. Mandatory consumer rights remain available regardless of these terms.

2. What the service provides

Create short videos and UGC-style advertising variations from descriptions and reference media, including product, object, background, logo and text edits. Connected accounts can upload references, review plans, confirm a generation and access delivered results in their private Library. Generation is probabilistic and may be refused or fail; exact movement, composition, spoken content or commercial performance is not guaranteed.

Available models currently include Seedance 2 Mini and Seedance 2.5 through KIE. Planning uses the configured DeepSeek V4.1 Flash model through OpenRouter. Providers apply their own terms and may reject inputs. These services do not endorse Clone Cut AI.

3. Accounts and your materials

Use an accurate account email, protect your sign-in codes and contact support promptly about unauthorized access. Production sign-in uses email verification through Clerk. Upload only material you own or have sufficient rights to process, including authorization from people appearing in source footage. Reference images must show products, objects, logos, backgrounds or scenes. Do not submit another person’s materials without the required consent. You remain responsible for permissions, advertising claims, disclosures and the use of outputs.

You retain your rights in inputs. You grant us and our processors the limited permission needed to store and process them, generate requested results, maintain the service and investigate abuse. We do not grant rights belonging to a depicted person, trademark owner or other third party. Outputs may resemble other generated content; exclusive rights or copyright protection are not promised.

4. Prices, subscriptions and credits

The following published offers are in USD. Taxes and the final amount, where applicable, are shown before payment. A displayed annual monthly equivalent is not the amount charged each month: annual plans are paid as the full yearly total. Pricing is not a fixed number of videos.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the chosen monthly or yearly interval until canceled. By confirming a subscription in checkout, you authorize those recurring charges. We do not offer automatic top-ups. One-time packs do not create a subscription. Subscription credits do not roll into a new paid period; pack credits keep their original 365-day validity. Credits are service units, not money, transferable funds or redeemable currency.

5. Generation charges and delivery failures

Review the server-provided generation quote or trial confirmation before submitting. Model, duration, resolution and reference-video duration affect cost. Paid reservations occur once per accepted action; current credits with the earliest expiry are consumed first. A task that definitively ends without a delivered version returns its reserved site credits with their original expiry. Delivered versions consume the agreed credits even if later optional processing fails.

An interrupted connection or uncertain submission is not proof of failure. Check the existing task and Library before requesting another generation. We reconcile recorded tasks; unknown submissions are held for investigation rather than automatically generated again. A site-credit return is separate from a monetary refund.

6. Cancellation and expiry

Use Billing & credits → Manage billing / cancellation to open the secure customer portal and cancel future renewals online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access to remaining subscription credits continues until that period expires. You can also contact [email protected] if you cannot access the portal. Cancellation does not itself refund past charges or extend the validity of credits.

7. Monetary refunds

To request a monetary refund, email [email protected] from your purchase/account email within 7 days of the charge and include the order ID, charge date and reason. Eligible unused purchases may be refunded after review. Used credits, delivered work, expired credits and periods already consumed are generally not refundable, except where mandatory law, duplicate/unauthorized charges or another valid legal entitlement requires a remedy. We do not promise a blanket money-back guarantee.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank/card processing times are outside our control. A full refund reverses the associated paid credit entitlement; a partial refund reverses the corresponding proportion based on the actual charged amount. Already-used credits may leave a deficit or restriction while the case is resolved. Legitimate paid rights and statutory refund rights are not forfeited merely because an account is suspended.

8. Payment processing

Payments, when purchasing is available, are handled by Waffo Pancake and its payment processors through hosted checkout as applicable. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Receipts identify the relevant merchant/payment provider. Checkout availability and payment methods are shown at the time of purchase; a payment return URL is not confirmation of settlement. We activate paid credits only after verified provider confirmation.

9. Prohibited use and user breach

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of this agreement. Do not infringe rights, impersonate others deceptively, create prohibited sexual or abusive content, evade safeguards, commit fraud, compromise accounts or misuse service access. For substantiated breaches we may warn, restrict generation, suspend or terminate access, remove content and revoke abuse-related or promotional credits where permitted. We review legitimate unused paid credits and refund rights separately.

You are responsible for losses and reasonable costs directly caused by your unlawful use, infringement or material breach to the extent allowed by applicable law. This does not impose liability for our own misconduct or remove any mandatory consumer protection.

10. Disclaimers and limitations

The service and AI outputs are provided as-is and as-available, subject to rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular editing result, advertising approval, sales performance, or legal clearance of your output. Review the complete result before publishing and keep your own copies of important materials.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by use of unreviewed outputs. For claims relating to the service, aggregate liability is limited to the service fees you paid during the 90 days preceding the event. This limitation does not apply where prohibited, including liabilities that cannot be excluded for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death/personal injury or statutory consumer remedies.

11. Changes, disputes and contact

We may update the service and these terms. Material pricing or agreement changes will be communicated before they apply where required; they do not silently change an already confirmed generation quote. Contact [email protected] to raise a dispute or request a remedy. We will review it in good faith. Applicable mandatory law and access to competent consumer authorities or courts are preserved.
