Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for lawful, consensual and responsible AI advertising content.

Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. Scope, rights and disclosure

These rules apply to prompts, reference uploads, generation, account activity and external use of outputs. Use your own or properly licensed source footage and product materials. This service does not provide face swapping or person replacement, even with consent. Only products, objects, backgrounds, logos and text may be replaced. Keep original people in licensed footage unchanged. New AI virtual hosts must not correspond to any real person. UGC-style editing remains subject to truthful advertising and all prohibitions below. Do not present AI-generated footage as an authentic recording or fabricate endorsements.

2. Prohibited content

  • Pornography / NSFW: sexualized or explicit content and services intended to create it.
  • Violence / gore: graphic injury, torture, severe cruelty, threats or content facilitating harm.
  • Hate: dehumanization, threats or promotion of hatred against protected groups.
  • Child unsafe content / CSAM: sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors and any content endangering children, including AI-generated material.
  • Deepfakes / impersonation: using a real person’s identity, face, voice or appearance to mislead viewers about what that person actually said, did or endorsed; false endorsements, fraud, unauthorized likeness use and misleading public-figure content. Face swaps, person replacement, placing a real person into another video and celebrity impersonation are prohibited, even with authorization. Identify AI-generated advertising where required.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): intimate/sexualized depictions without consent, nudification, sexual coercion, intimate threats and related requests.
  • Copyright / trademark infringement: unlicensed reproduction, infringing source media, counterfeit branding, or content falsely implying a rights holder’s endorsement.

3. Other prohibited conduct

Do not submit stolen credentials, bypass account/credit limits or safety checks, attack the service, harass others, commit payment fraud, or use it for unlawful advertising claims. Do not request unsupported guarantees about a product’s results or disguise the identity of the advertiser. You are responsible for verifying permissions and required AI/advertising disclosures before sharing.

4. How review works

The service validates account ownership and uploaded file constraints. Text requests and final generation briefs are checked with Waffo Prompt Sift before proceeding; blocked or review-required requests are not submitted to a generation model. A review-service outage does not silently bypass the check. Generation providers apply their own rules and may reject requests. The operator reviews abuse reports and flagged cases using the relevant request, reference media and output where needed; access is limited to resolving the case. We do not claim that a human watches every frame or that all unsafe content will automatically be detected. The studio shows prompt-review status for the current environment; a held or rejected request is not treated as a completed video.

Outputs are private to the account by default; the service does not provide a public community feed. You must review your output before publishing it elsewhere. Provider safeguards do not replace these rules or your legal obligations.

5. Enforcement and timing

For urgent reports involving minors, NCII or credible threats, we aim to triage within 24 hours and restrict relevant access while reviewing. We aim to initially review other reports within 3 business days. Complex cases may require more time; we explain delays where appropriate. These are operational targets, not a guarantee of instant resolution.

Depending on severity and available evidence, actions may include a warning, prompt/task restriction, content removal or making it unavailable, account suspension/termination and revocation of abuse-related/promotional credits, including clearing those balances where permitted. Legitimate unused paid credits are reviewed under the refund policy and mandatory rights, not automatically confiscated. Serious unlawful content may be reported to the appropriate authorities as required. We retain only records needed for investigation and lawful obligations.

6. Reporting and appeal

Report content or suspected misuse to [email protected] with subject “Content report”, the task/artifact/account identifier if available, the reason and only necessary supporting information. Do not resend illegal imagery, passwords, full card details or sign-in codes. For urgent cases, describe the urgency in the subject. If your own content or account is restricted, email the same support address with subject “Content appeal”, the case/reference ID and relevant rights or consent evidence to request review. We review the available facts and explain the outcome or limits we can disclose. Use Contact & support for the reporting instructions.
