AD TYPE TEMPLATE

Listicle video ad template

A listicle ad counts down a few reasons to choose a product, usually three, each on its own caption card with a matching shot. Numbered structure tells the viewer how long the ad will take, which helps people stay to the end.

It suits products with several distinct benefits: kitchenware, apparel, software and accessories. Each reason should be specific and true; three strong reasons beat five vague ones.

Sample brief

Recreate the “3 reasons” structure of my licensed clip with my backpack. Keep people unchanged. Reason cards: “1. Fits a 16-inch laptop”, “2. Water-resistant base”, “3. Lifetime repairs”. Use the attached photos for each reason. Grey studio background. Logo end card.

Adapt the product name, captions and timings to your own reference. Our UGC ad brief template explains how to describe each shot.

Compliance notes

  • Every reason on screen needs evidence behind it.
  • Do not imply third-party rankings or awards you have not received.
  • Keep numbers in captions accurate to the product you sell.

Make only claims you can prove, disclose AI-generated content where the platform or law requires it, and never publish fake testimonials or endorsements.
